HELPFUL GUIDES TO MEETINGS, PLAY, AND ORGANIZATION.

These are only examples of guides and handouts I have gathered, developed, and used.  If you find them helpful you can edit them to fit your needs, and situation.  We gave each player a notebook which they carried in their bag, and on occasion, we reviewed some of the handouts at practice.

1.   Agenda1: A helpful outline that could be used to conduct a team meeting.
2. Agenda2: Another helpful outline that could be used to conduct a team meeting.
3. Agenda3: Another helpful outline that could be used to conduct a team meeting.
4. Blueprint: Just an idea I played with a long time ago to help me prioritize, and organize my thoughts
5. Chores: A list of duties assigned to different coaches, and parents.
6. Contract: At one time I had a team that had problem athletes.  I had to have everything in black and white in order to keep my sanity.
7. Evaluation: This is an example of a typical evaluation that I handed out to the athletes on my team.
8. Ev-Form: This is a blank evaluation form.
9. Games: This handout is what we used, to set guidelines at the games.
10. Lg-Schedule This was taken out of the ASA Tournament book, showing how to set up a many team schedule.
11. Letter: This is an example of a typical handout sent to the parents as an update.
12. Mental: This is something I wrote as a handout for my clinics. I also use it as a handout for my team to add to their notebook.
13. Me Sheet: This handout will give you an idea of the personality of the athelete.  Sometimes they give you the wrong answere though.
14. Practice: This handout is what we used, to set guidelines at the practice.
15. Running: This handout I copied from Dick Thompson (Vancouver TSI), which he prepared for his Team.
16. Signals: This is a handout for basic signals that the players could add to the notebook and study.
17. Throwing: This is a demonstration of the 5 key positions of the arm in an overhand throw.
18. Tournaments: This handout is what we used, to set guidelines at the tournaments.
